Create a project in one step and auto-export to clip

Creates a project with all supported resource types (idea, script/text, webpages, documents, media, clips, etc.). Returns project and clip info immediately. Clip content will be populated after generation completes. Sends PROJECT_GENERATION + PROJECT_EXPORT webhooks with download link on completion.
