Create a project with AIGC pipeline and auto-export to clip

Creates a project using AIGC pipeline. Returns project and clip info immediately. Clip content will be populated after pipeline completes. Sends PROJECT_GENERATION + PROJECT_EXPORT webhooks with download link on completion.
